About Me

I have been doing Personal Training for over 5 years and I’ve had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. I love my job because for me, there is nothing more rewarding than training clients and helping them to achieve their health and fitness goals. The journey is not always an easy one, but it is always worth it. My own health and fitness journey lead to me becoming a PRO natural Bodybuilder at just 23 years old. 


I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise programme that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to health and fitness will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

Personal Training 1 on 1

You will have me as your Personal Trainer to guide you every step of the way on your fitness journey. The structure of the sessions will vary depending on your fitness goals and how you like to train.

1 x 30 minute session = £28
1 x 1 hour session = £37
4 x 1 hour sessions = £136 (£34 per hour)
10 x 1 hour sessions = £310 (£31 per hour)


Personal Training as a pair

You and 1 friend will train together whilst having me as your Personal Trainer. These sessions are aimed at people who feel more comfortable or get more enjoyment out of training with a friend.

Personalised Exercise Programme

Bored of going to the gym and doing the same old workout routine?

The price includes the personalised exercise programme and one technique session of 60 minutes.

Together, we will discuss what you want to achieve and then plan out a detailed programme tailored specifically to you and your goals. I will show you the exercises you need to do and I will show you how to do them properly.

Group Fitness Classes

Tired of sitting down all day at work? Do your body a favour and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle too, and my group fitness classes are guaranteed to get your heart-rate up.

Your body will thank you for it!

I teach a variety of Group Fitness Classes including HIIT STEP, Spinning, Burn, Burn Core, Motion and Circuits.


Nutrition Plan

As a qualified nutritionist I will analyse your current diet and make changes based on your goals. Sustainable, simple and varied foods are given to you in an easy to understand bespoke programme. I will also send you a helpful tool sheet which I have developed to help you keep track and monitor your progress.

With my Nutrition Plans I can make dieting easy and enjoyable for you.

Bodybuilding Posing Practice

In Bodybuilding, it's not just about having a sculpted body... you need to know how to pose for the highest marks! There are some posing strategies and tricks that all Bodybuilders must know. I will work with you to build your confidence with your posing and develop your stage presence to earn you the highest marks from the judges. 

There are many different types of bodybuilding poses to choose from.

You need to know which ones work for you and which poses help to show off the best aspects of your physique.

Pre-Joining Fitness Test (PJFT)

In order to join the Regular or Territorial Army, the Navy or the RAF, you are required to prove that you have the level of fitness required to begin full training.

The compulsory tests will vary deepening on what position you are applying for. 

Army Compulsory Tests:
- Static Lift
- Jerry Can Carry
- 2.4km (1.5 mile) Timed Run

- 2.4km (1.5 mile) Timed Run

- 1st 2.4km (1.5 mile) Timed Run in under 12 minutes 30 seconds
- 1 minute rest
- 2nd 2.4km (1.5 mile) Timed Run in under 10 minutes 30 seconds

- 2.4km (1.5 mile) Timed Run
- Press Ups in 1 minute
- Sit Ups in 1 minute
