Online Coaching Plan (2 months)
At the beginning of your online personal training journey I will conduct a full analysis of your dietary habits and make positive changes that are specific to you.
I will then provide you with a personalised exercise program. Online personal training options include a full array of workout programs, from resistance training to cardio and weight training. I will be sure to give you a bespoke exercise schedule which works for you.
After the first month we will progress onto a more advanced coaching plan which will contain some entirely new exercises. Your training intensity and frequency will begin increase significantly from the first 4 weeks.
For muscle toning and building, your workouts will begin to move from whole-body workouts to muscle group splits as each session will aim to target individual muscle groups.
For cardiovascular endurance and weight loss, I will introduce you to new training methods such as HIIT, LISS and Fartlek, in order to get the most out of your workouts.
No more wasting time on inefficient workouts and difficult diets. You will work 1-2-1 with me as your online coach to create a sustainable workout and diet plan.
