Nutritional Plan (2 months)

As a level 3 qualified nutritional adviser, I will analyse your current diet and make changes based on your individual goals. Sustainable, simple and varied foods are given to you in an easy to understand bespoke programme a long with a helpful tool sheet.


At the end of the first month, I will evaluate your progression and make adjustments where necessary. As is often the case with dieting, the first few weeks is when the most progression is made. After the first few weeks, progress can begin to slow drastically, or even become stagnant. This is why it is important to make changes and adjustments after the first month as this will allow you to continue progressing at a maintainable rate.
