Kenny is the best trainer I have worked with yet. He pushes me in our sessions outside of my comfort zone but always safely with a great technique so I’m pleased to say I have not endured not a single injury since I started training with him.
I really enjoy my training sessions with Kenny as no two are ever the same and I enjoy learning the theory behind the exercises as we go – he is very knowledgeable.
Finally my confidence in the gym has improved significantly. As a female, I’ve always felt quite intimidated in the free weights area of the gym but now I’m confident with different exercises and the various bits of kit I can use. I don’t even hesitate to go into that section to do a workout now, even when it’s busy.
Having worked out at home for the past couple of years, I wanted to get back into the gym to see what I was capable of. Since starting my PT sessions I am much more confident in using the gym and I have seen a positive difference in my strength. The sessions are well thought out and really good fun, and at the point you feel like stopping you will be encouraged to keep going! Kenny is really knowledgeable and makes a point of talking about muscles used in particular exercises as well as form, so not only is my strength improving but so is my knowledge.
As someone who has come to personal fitness late in life (I'm the wrong side of 50!), it was important to me to find the right PT instructor, and I have found that in Kenny. I need specific, reachable goals, and Kenny understands this, but I also need to be pushed and encouraged, Kenny does this without having to shout and bully! I have a osteoarthritic problem that can limit me at times, but Kenny adapts my workouts to accommodate this, which is very much appreciated. I am fitter now than I have been in the last 10 years and can feel the benefits. I recommend Kenny as a PT to anyone, but especially to someone who is just starting their fitness journey.
Highly recommend it if you are prepared to put in the work. Excellent knowledge on people with various medical issues and tailors a program that suits you and your condition.
Very supportive, makes you work hard but provides challenging workouts with lots of variety and different exercises. Genuinely wants you to succeed. Would highly recommend. Best personal trainer I have ever had.
Kenny has proved to be a highly motivating, skilled and organised coach for all ages. He is super efficient, providing concise updates on all workouts and expectations. Great sense of humour but focused always and he leads with an intuitive and challenging style. Well worth the investment, frankly I’ve never felt better!
